DUNRITE is a smart home-improvement platform built for homeowners who want transparency, accountability, and confidence throughout every stage of a construction or renovation project. Whether you're remodeling a kitchen, adding a deck, or tackling a major structural repair, DUNRITE puts powerful AI tools directly in your hands.
With DUNRITE you can generate a detailed AI build plan before breaking ground, upload photos for real-time AI safety inspections, review and analyze contractor contracts, and manage project milestones and materials all in one place. The Bid Board lets users post projects so experts in the relevant fields can compete for their business — driving fair pricing and eliminating guesswork. The Bid Board also gives access to projects for those experts, as the idea of paying more money for prominent expert advertising is not used in Finality. At Finality, experts don't compete by how much they spend on advertising — they compete on value.
DUNRITE is built for homeowners who are tired of being left in the dark, and for contractors who take pride in doing things right. Our platform bridges the communication gap between clients and tradespeople, creating a shared record of progress, agreements, and expectations.
DUNRITE is developed and maintained by the Finality team — a group of builders, technologists, and homeowners who believe every construction project deserves to be done right. The platform is patent pending and continuously evolving based on real feedback from the people who use it every day.
Meet the President

Shane Spink
President & Founder, Finality
Shane Spink is a Residential & Commercial Roofing Specialist based in the Atlanta metropolitan area. With years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Shane has built his career on a simple principle: relationships come first.
The idea for Finality was born on the job. Shane started using AI to help build a visual vision with his clients — showing them exactly what they were getting before a single nail was driven. He wanted his clients to know precisely what they were getting, and he wanted to understand exactly what he was supposed to build for them. No more guessing, no more misunderstandings, no more surprises halfway through a project.
That clarity extended to cost. With the Finality Project Build feature, clients could get a general idea of how much projects reasonably cost — so when Shane and his clients sat down to discuss parts and labor, they were already in the same ballpark. Conversations shifted from haggling over numbers to collaborating on the work itself.
Finality was built to develop relationships. Every feature — from AI build plans to the Bid Board to project milestones — exists to bring homeowners and contractors onto the same page, with transparency and trust at the center of every project.
